We absolutely love this time of year here at Ponti’s – all the fabulous seasonal produce for our kitchen that spring brings with it.
With that in mind we’ve launched our new spring and summer menu at Fox Valley with some delicious new dishes for you to enjoy, showcasing the very best of the produce and recipes from Emilia-Romagna – the culinary home of our restaurants. We are particularly proud of the Paccheri al Polipo e Pomodorino, a new spring and summer menu dish which is made with fresh paccheri pasta, octopus, datterino tomatoes, garlic, chilli, and white wine along with black capers and olives. It is truly a taste of the Italian coast on a plate and is already proving to be a new favourite with our Yorkshire diners.
While Aperol Spritz will always be our firm favourite as our signature cocktail, we’ve also introduced some new cocktails at Fox Valley...don’t miss our luxurious and indulgent Tiramisu Martini!
And guests will soon be able to enjoy their cocktails, a refreshing pint of Peroni or a chilled glass of prosecco on our beautiful sunny terrace at Fox Valley as it will be open daily from 12pm in May, just in time for the first of three bank holidays that month!
Our Oxford Circus restaurant has also launched a range of new cocktails, and their new seasonal menu will be arriving in time for summer - watch this space...
