We are delighted to be working with the Sheffield born author and SAS veteran Des Powell for a very special evening at our Fox Valley restaurant on November 4th.

Des was deployed for the same mission as Andy McNab. Des' book Bravo Three Zero is a Times Number 1 Bestseller charting his first-hand and action-packed account of what happened deep behind enemy lines during the First Gulf War. It's a gripping true story and Des will be talking about his experiences in Iraq as well as his early life growing up in Darnall in Sheffield at our special author event.

Tickets are £40 and include a welcome glass of prosecco and three course dinner. Des will talk about his fascinating life as well as opening the floor to a Q and A session with the audience. Guests are also welcome to bring their own copy of Bravo Three Zero to be signed. We will have a limited number of copies to purchase on the evening.

We're always thinking a season ahead here at Ponti's Italian Kitchen and our talented chefs have been busy putting the finishing touches to a very special festive menu for your Christmas event.

It is less than 100 days to Christmas (yes we know! ) so the countdown officially starts here and its time to start planning.

Here at Ponti's we are of course a family business, and we want to make sure that your family at home and at work - has the best experience when you choose to celebrate your event with us. Our Menu Natale is fantastic value as well as offering a delicious choice of traditional festive fare alongside some special Italian festive dishes. We're launching a new sharing platter of starters for the table to get your party started. Our chefs have also created some delicious seasonal recipes including pumpkin ravioli, traditional roast turkey, and roast pork belly. Our special festive dolce menu features toasted panettone with custard cream and the closely guarded secret recipe for the Ponti's tiramisu, which has been a hit with our guests for 60 years.
